Vontos builds and operates the Evidence of Learning System from Santa Rosa, Laguna. This page is for anyone doing their diligence — a registrar, a procurement officer, a parent. The facts below are the registered ones.
Identity
What we build
One product, deliberately. The Evidence of Learning System — the record system this site describes — built with real Philippine schools, now onboarding its first. We are founder-run and small on purpose; the schools we serve know exactly who answers when they write.
How we hold data
Most of the records we operate concern minors, so this section is the one we hold ourselves to hardest.
- Evidence is append-only and sealed. Corrections supersede; nothing is silently edited, and every entry names its attestor.
- Access is least-privilege. A teacher reaches assigned groups only; learners and guardians see their own record and nothing else.
- Consent is unbundled and recorded. Each kind of use is agreed to separately, and a refusal is honored at render, not just at intake.
- Organizations own their exit.Complete export on demand — records are the client's, not ours.
The name
Vontos joins V — vision — with ontos, Greek for "being." A record of what a person actually is and can do, not what they were labeled. Six blocks build the V the way evidence builds a person.
